      Pros

      Interesting technologies. Startup feel for a medium sized company. Decent avenue for growth and benefits. Lots of long time employees that have been with the company for 10-15 years

      Cons

      Compensation isn't as good as other companies perhaps. Sr management can make some strange decisions. Lots of acquisitions of new companies which is good and bad

      Pros

      Freedom to Produce for the company. Good Technology. Good Industry Name/brand. Day to Day work environment is good unless a reorg puts you under a leader unfit for upper management.

      Cons

      No matter how valuable you have been to the company (and how many years you have served) the layoff "process" is inhumane and unprofessional. Upper management often selected by one's standing in the good ol' boy club.
