      There are many intelligent and hard working people within various business groups. Those people stimulate new ideas, growth and strategic changes to address market needs.

      Cons

      Employees are treated as an expense line item rather than as human beings. There are many who have built lifetime careers at the company, and those people fear change. Female employees are not treated well/equally.
