Most of the existing project work are not very interesting to work with Organisational changes happen every few months Moderate pay package

Pros

Employees are happy with working for the company, smart, well experienced and enthusiastic.

Cons

No enthusiasm from some management about career growth. No human resources reps. in satellite locations. Some things wouldn't be done if reps. were present. Collaboration is not always accepted by peers.

good benefits, good hours, and good enviroment

Cons

Worked there for 3 years and only got a $0.16 raise! There is a lot of turnaround because they hire temps and they usually end up getting fired within 3 to 6 moths.
