Pros

Interesting technologies. Startup feel for a medium sized company. Decent avenue for growth and benefits. Lots of long time employees that have been with the company for 10-15 years

Cons

Compensation isn't as good as other companies perhaps. Sr management can make some strange decisions. Lots of acquisitions of new companies which is good and bad

Good but no passion

Pros

Very stable company with market average pay. No over time work needed. Not high workload and pressure from the boss.

Cons

No passion. No people development. No cross-function communication. Everyone is doing his/her own jobs. Promotion is very limited. Salary is not attractive at all.
