Pros

People you work with make it challenging (in a good way) and makes coming to work enjoyable. Benefits, PTO, and salary seems average based on the area. Sector has a lot of room for future growth.

Cons

This company is addicted to acquiring companies. If your company gets acquired you won't notice any changes for the first couple of months. Then after the dust settles they come in and Trimble -ize. to their liking with little regard to worker moral.

Pros

As Trimble has made numerous acquisitions, it has taken a hands off approach in the initial months to properly integrate pre-existing methods and management structure. At the same time, representatives from the corporate office make the rounds regularly to make it feel like employees aren't alone on an island.

Cons

After the hands-off period the company doesn't do enough to work on morale. In the current economy even a token effort in this regard would likely improve productivity.
