Pros

Great benefits, nice location and pay.

Cons

Cold silo culture, not much team bonding, people forming cliques and excluding others. Rob Painter is a great guy, would that all the rest of the management were like him.

Pros

Usual perks of working at a large company: Competitive salary / Benefits Opportunities for growth / movement (dependent on org / team)

Cons

Again going with a large company, trades on Nasdaq. Your experience can vary greatly depending on your organization / team. Sometimes you feel the strength of working for a very large company, other times, you can feel the strain of resources, as the focus of their stock price sometimes impacts decision making.
