Pros

I learned a lot, was a part of a great team, and I really got to be a part of the biz, I wasn't just grabbing coffee and printing stuff. There is great work-life balance too.

Cons

Trimble has a lot of different products with that they kind of act like different companies. Because of that it's not very cohesive. However, they are working to make it all one place so it could be getting better.

Pros

Cutting-Edge Tech, Supportive Leadership, Work-Life Balance, Growth Opportunities. Trimble is an exciting place for people who thrive on innovation. The company’s tech, leadership, culture and work-life balance make it a great place to work. There are nice opportunities for career growth, especially considering how big the company is and a generally positive workplace

Cons

Like any organization, navigating internal processes and aligning across multiple teams can take effort, but leadership is receptive to feedback.
