Good Work Life Balance- Lots of good people- beautiful office

Cons

Lots of people let go indiscriminately. Many high value workers let go while many low value high wage workers retained. Short sighted company that acquires profitable companies and devalues their products overnight. Forced PTO.

Cons

Company is spread out over many cities and countries, getting anything done takes patience and a lot of coordination, projects are all worked through a process that doesn't leave much room for invention or improvisation.
