      Pros

      Trimont shines as an exceptional workplace for numerous reasons, some of which include its positive work environment and commendable work-life balance. The company culture, fostered by experienced leadership from the CEO and C-suite, further enhances its standing as an ideal workspace.

      Cons

      While there was previously room for improvement in the area of communication, significant progress has been made in enhancing the flow of information from management to employees. This improvement has been particularly notable since the appointment of our new CEO.

      Pros

      Great environment to gain exposure and develop fundamental CRE and finance skills. I remember hearing someone reference the company as "Tri U" to acknowledge the fact that many start at Trimont to gain knowledge and experience to grow to seize better opportunities that eventually follow.
