      Good Intentions, Poor Execution

      Pros

      Trimont is beginning to recognize the importance of investing in programs that will help to take their leadership, team members, and company into the modern day. Hybrid Work Environment. Open concept workspace.

      Cons

      Though they say the opposite, some of their values truly feel like just talk... Inclusivity is more than percentages and demographics. It is in the way we speak about others, it is in the benefits and policies companies offer, and it is in the way equity is amplified to be more than just equality. I am sorely disappointed in how I have heard members of our teams, including leadership, speak about trans individuals, individuals with disabilities, and marginalized groups. Beyond this, the amount of overtime that these teams pour into their work is to the point of spending the night (or nearly). The work/life balance is little to none.
