      Pros

      Lots of opportunities to learn. If you stick with them for a number of years, there will be changes to take on more responsibility and move up within the company. The owners and several of the managers know a ton about the industry. There are pretty decent benefits. One of the weird perks is that there are clergy staff on call 24/7. Once a week or so they walk around the office asking you how you're doing. Nice enough people, but it really doesn't do anything for me.

      Cons

      Your experience will vary depending on the group that you are with. Some weeks there is little to do; some weeks your eyes will bleed from staring at your models. Pay is below average for the amount of work required.

      Pros

      Great team of people to work with. Flexible hours depending on department. Bonuses paid before end of year.

      Cons

      No room for advancement unless transfer to different department. Health insurance plan was expensive.

      Pros

      The salaries are good but not great (former colleagues have received good-sized raises at new jobs) and the benefits are pretty good. The environment is family-friendly and most of the employees are nice folks. All in all, the culture is okay.

      Cons

      Trimont Real Estate Advisors is a good company but could be a great company with more proactive executive leadership.
