Pros
Great benefits, good culture, work life balance is attainable. Trimont allows for a relaxed atmosphere, where employees are allowed some discretion in their time commitment. The culture is respectful towards its employees and positively benevolent.
Cons
Below market salaries, uncertain future, few growth opportunities –Since the loss of the client Lehman Brothers, the firm has struggled to find comparably paying clients and is floundering with its identity. The firm originally focused on real estate complex finance, but now endeavors to do anything in the RE world from essentially property management to small balance collections. The firm is now focused defining its role in the commercial real estate space, but what that currently and succinctly is at the current time, I couldn’t say.
