Pros

I have been fortunate to be a part of Trimont for several years now, and I am consistently impressed by the positive work culture that has been created and sustained here. The atmosphere is one of mutual respect, collaboration, and genuine care for each other's well-being and professional growth. It is truly refreshing to be in a place where each individual's contributions are valued and recognized. Importantly, today more than ever, our company values are not just words on a page; they are ingrained in our daily operations and interactions. They guide us in our decision-making processes, and influence how we treat each other and our clients. This renewed commitment to our values creates a sense of unity and purpose, strengthening our collective work ethic and driving a more supportive, inclusive environment. Our CEO is genuine (has a good sense of humor!) and inspires us with his approachable personality, his passion, vision, and dedication to excellence. He is very transparent and communicative. Since he took leadership in late 2021, our company culture has shifted more positively, where we work hard but celebrate our successes and feel truly valued. The extensive training and development opportunities offered here are commendable. Employees are encouraged to learn, grow, and develop their skills, making it a place for career progression. Whether you're just starting out or an experienced professional, you'll find resources and programs tailored to your development needs. Overall, I feel fortunate to be part of the Trimont team. It's an environment that pushes you to be your best while ensuring you're supported every step of the way. I look forward to many more rewarding years here.

Cons

However, there's always room for improvement. One area that could use some enhancement is the training for people leaders in managing their teams. While we have some experienced leaders, a more structured and comprehensive people management training program could ensure consistency in leadership approaches across the organization.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review of your experience at Trimont. We are truly heartened to hear how much you appreciate our work culture and the atmosphere of mutual respect and collaboration that we've worked hard to cultivate. In keeping with our core value of striving for excellence, our Learning and Development Team has worked hard to curate extensive training opportunities for team members, and we are thrilled that you have found so much value in our unique offerings as you have progressed in your career. However, we agree that there are always ways that we can improve, and we will take your recommendation of a more organized leadership training into consideration as we continue to build out our training platform. Your kind words about our CEO are especially appreciated. Leadership sets the tone for a company, and we are glad to have a CEO whose passion, vision, and dedication to excellence not only inspire but also resonate with our team. His transparent and communicative approach has been instrumental in fostering the positive shift in our company culture you've observed. We are glad to have you on #TeamTrimont!

Pros

Firstly, it's the people. The team spirit and collective effort are what set us apart. The camaraderie among us is authentic and noticeable. Additionally, it's our vision. How many of you can say you work for a company that practices what it preaches and invests in its employees? Being part of a team where I see the dedication and careful consideration put into every decision is truly remarkable. Every choice is made with the team's well-being in mind. Moreover, it's our dedication to inclusivity and fostering a sense of belonging for all. Everyone wants to feel valued and heard. While we are at the early stages of this journey, our leadership is committed to not only investing financially but also dedicating time and attention to make sure everyone feels included. Lastly, we know how to have fun. Work can be demanding at times, but we have found a way to work hard and enjoy the journey. Since we spend a significant amount of time at work, having fun and finding joy in the journey is a must for us.

Cons

The manual processes, though admittedly inconsistent, offer a chance for improvement. Our manual processes disrupt the team's workflow, leading to errors and extra duties. To manage these issues, workarounds are put in place, which in turn generate more work. The differing approaches to tasks also contribute to increased workload. Recognizing this as an opportunity, we are actively seeking innovative technological solutions to streamline our processes and set up best practices for a more efficient work environment.

Pros

Getting this job at Trimont has truly been one of the best experiences I have had. The people are wonderful, my team is SUPER awesome and I love working here. I can honestly say I enjoy coming to work and I can see me being here until. There is room for me to grow and the perks are amazing. I LOVE MY JOB and I LOVE TRIMONT.

Cons

A downside is I don't think my team gets the credit that is due. We work hard behind the scenes and sometimes I don't think we get the credit for all that we do to keep things growing forward.
