      Competent, intelligent staff but no place for an ambitious woman.

      Pros

      Skilled and conscientious staff. Friendly atmosphere.

      Cons

      Highly discriminatory especially in asset management against women at all levels even when they are top performers. It makes no difference in this boys’ club.

      Forget about your life working for this company

      Pros

      Nice people around, they have happy hours in the office for which you never have time to attend. PTO 18 days a year.

      Cons

      Work/life balance? forget about it. Expect that you have only work in your life. Prepare to stay in the office some days till 9pm or even later. No software used for financial reporting, everything is on Excel spreadsheets. No proper training provided, just go with the flow type of training. Turnover rate is high.

      Pros

      None to think of...The job pays well, but you wont't keep it... If you want a mark on your resume, apply... You will regret it -- believe me!

      Cons

      What a horrible company to work for. Accept 70-hours a week, do not apply if you have kids, sell them; This is the embodiment of the 1-percent who exploits the worker class. This place is a sweatshop and a horrible example of a United State Company. If you have a choice, do not go to work here, This is a terrible place to work.
