This company has not stayed with the times, no flexible work environment and only 2 weeks vacation unless you were lucky enough to negotiate it. The company has gone through so many people in the last several years and management changes. There is a good reason why people leave here. Pay is unfair, you have executives and sales making all the money with huge bonuses and pension plans. Financials are lies, very secretive and manipulative. Don’t trust anyone.
