Great hours steady work if properly trained in a decent time frame

No chance for advancement under qualified people with no people skills will advance before someone with knowledge of the jobs and are willing to help new people train and want to work. no raises once topped out. Management receives all perks when the employees are doing all the work to make them look good. No appreciation for a job well done.
