      Overall a nice place to work with good people.

      Cons

      Trinity grew by acquisitions at some point, so they sometimes had to deal with the older employees who did not want to accept change.

      - Good People (generally) - Good Learning Experiences

      Cons

      - Private equity ownership means you're much more likely to be fired than be promoted past senior consultant because they're just going to buy out their competition and replace you with the new workers - Overcharge Clients Massively - Extremely High Multipliers (mine was over x6 my hourly rate) - Encourages Extortion of Workers - (With the exception of a few) Upper management is extremely corrupt and will never support you - Benefits are meh
