Pros
High quality standards and you get to work with some of the most talented, intelligent people. I work well when I am surrounded by competent, hard workers. They also give great opportunities for project management, sales, marketing, and ownership of work! I have learned a great deal in the past year at Trinity.
Cons
There compensation is not very impressive for consultant/senior consultant. No bonus, salary is mediocre, and very little vacation time. It is also very dependent on the project work that you get. I have been very fortunate this past year with interesting projects, but some of my coworkers have not fared as well as me.
