Pros

I love working here as a coder. Coworkers are friendly and helpful, and management is easy to work with.

Cons

Well below average pay. I made $7 more per hr at another hospital for the same job and I didn't even have my certification at that time. Management really needs to evaluate pay rates. I'm looking for another job because I just can't live off this little money.
