Pros
It’s a good position if you’re looking for a way to break into the medical/call center field.
Cons
Management left the representatives to self-govern many times; there were no real protocol or procedures in place for referral submissions - we essentially had to create our own instruction manuals and keep them updated for different offices when referring patients.
