Pros

I really support the mission of providing healthcare to the poor and underserved.

Cons

Far too few people for the work to be done. Senior Leadership is missing the point by working some of their people so many hours. They're losing their best talent.

Great pay and good people; good benefits; committed to diversity; good training for employees on the way up.

Cons

Future depends on the group you join; lots of work -- this is healthcare in transition, as at all health systems: lots of extra pressure, though, due to mergers and acquistions; right people not always hired or advanced.
