Pros
Reasonably good pay not great but far from bad. Insurance is outstanding.
Cons
Their payscale is beyond ridiculous, somebody that has 10-20 years of experience only gets an extra 30 cents. A lot of bureaucracy between higher ups and middle men no communication. Tons of unnecessary red tape where we are forced to do work modules that don't pertain to our job. In general they have no loyalty to their employees.
