Pros

work from home I cant think of any pro.

Cons

awful pay. almost no benefits. have been in call centers for over 15 years and this is the worst and the most busiest for the lowest pay. mgt is very rude. they have clicks, and if you dont fit in with the click it doesnt matter what education you have. the less you know the best. they do this because their business practices are very questionable and unethical. they openly will make fun of you, and they dont care because they know they can cover what they do. if you go to HR they are not on your side. you get about 100 calls a day, with absolutely NOT even one second in between calls. they openly have in their handbook that they dont have breaks which I thought to be illegal. sometimes you will get 4 calls at once. your phone will be nonstop ringing from the time you start until your shift is over. no opportunity for advancement really and in the Ohio location they covertly treat people of diversity awful.
