Cons

The first few months were genuinely great, however, Trinity Health is going through a strange phase of hyper-fixating to the minute when you clock in and out—20 strikes for the entire year and you are fired. All departments are steeped in petty drama to the point where people are quitting by the drones. Qualified and competent employees are few and far between with higher ups spending more time pushing technology (and shrinking departments) than the quality of patient care or employees skills/education. Don’t expect a raise, and don’t expect someone to consistently train you because you will be reported for everything and anything during this penny pitching hiatus. Understaffed, Overworked—and after the first few weeks, expect they will add to your job role three times with no compensation—but hey, there’s free serving of Ben and Jerry’s once a year.
