Poor training in low turn over jobs, people are not willing to Network to help you out. Lots of hands in every pot hard to know who does what, jobs are so spread out through different people it doesn't make sense at times. People that should be training you are already in other jobs so you are left to fend for yourself.

It was very difficult to receive a pay increase. When i left to take a job where i could utilize my degree, i was required to repay any tuition reimbursement, even though we had agreed on set monthly amount my account was handed off to medical debt collector who treated me like i was not paying my bill, It felt very revengeful. The hours were horrible, during my interview i was told that i would have to come in early and would have to stay late. The only issue was that they would allow overtime, so often i would find myself taking three hour lunches to prevent overtime.
