Terrible company to work for. Trinity is not a good company for Social Workers. Masters Level Social Workers are treated like secretaries. High Caseloads High turnover in Social Workers No work life balance Social worker’s professional opinions are not valued by IDT members. No room for upward advancement in the Social Work department. Very low pay and no pay raises Social workers are overworked, underpaid, and undervalued.

Because the Clinical Laboratory is short staffed most techs are mandated to work overtime every week, most of the time it's double shifts. The Lab leadership creates a very toxic work environment by not listening to the Lab Techs for improvements and talking down to them. The Lab Techs are disrespected and not appreciated, unless you are part of the management team. When people have retired or had to leave because of health issues or any other reason the only response management gives is: Who is going to pick-up the open shifts?
