Pros

Some nice co-workers, opportunity to work with a major health system. Used to have a strong value system but that is rapidly disappearing under financial pressures.

Cons

Very catty environment. ... there's a lot of favoritism and backstabbing coming down from management. The company is going through a financial restructuring, lots and lots of layoffs. Seniority will not count.

There is favortisim and can be difficult to get promotions. They expect perfection, in light of increased work loads. Management and Leadership could use some improving though.
