      Pros

      Enjoyed my work, enjoyed my co-workers, and loved my people for whom i worked for.! I had the benefits, they were good, and my people that i took care of, i'm a true Nurse that enjoys the Elderly! I intend to return here, but for now, i continue with physical therapy, i have been 2 yrs with 3 surgeries, but i want to go back and work, am 70 yrs old, but it doesn't matter to me, enjoyment of working does matter!

      Cons

      Sometimes we were short of staff, but the Staff pulled together, and helped one another. It was a downfall, but some people did not come in to do their shift.
