      Pros

      I enjoy the people I work with. The pay is competitive with similar positions. You get a lot of exposure with different applications and people from different backgrounds. The PTO is pretty generous.

      Cons

      Work can be hectic. It can also be very regimented, and there not a great amount of freedom. You start off as a temporary/contingent full time employee without benefits. Training and orientation is not very well developed. PTO doubles as sick time.
