      you get 3% contribution no matter what if you put in 6% you get an additional 1.5% total 4.5%. at 10 years you get another 1.5 %. This is ok and all trinity is the same. The auto invest in vanguard. Vanguard is awesome. I use Charles schwa and use fidelity both are awesome. Do your homework don't trust others views.
