      Pros

      Location is close to home. It's a good hospital to work at overall. You could potentially find career advancement there if you are clinical staff.

      Cons

      The team I work with is currently working at 40% capacity. This was a poor business decision on their part. They should have hired enough team members before accepting responsibilities that an understaffed team could not handle. The culture at St. Mary's hospital is very different than Trinity Health System office.
