      Pros

      Medical and dental benefits, PTO, ability to pick up extra hours. My direct supervisor is fantastic, she has my back and I can bring any issue, big or small to her. My pay rate here is fantastic.

      Cons

      Can only go to Saint Mary's affiliates for medical and any testing has to be done at the hospital (bloodwork, Ultrasound, xray). Not enough float coverage for aides. Some nurses in a certain unit think that they are above taking patients to the bathroom or various other small things. They will seek out an aide instead of taking care of it themselves.

      Pros

      Co-workers are great people. We do the best we can for the patients with what we are given to work with.

      Cons

      Upper management is terrible, they are always in meetings and get nothing accomplished. Many Many suggestions are made from staff and they are not ever addressed. They only purchase cheap software and to chart on one patient you may have to log out and sign into 4 or 5 different reporting platforms. Nothing interfaces !
