      Nice people to work with, great PTO package.

      Cons

      Depending on the department, remote policy may not apply, work family balance can be compromised, favoritism, extremely bureaucratic, colleague engagement screen are low depending on manager, may not have tools to do job or task at hand. Colleague development should be a top priority and it's not.
