      Pros

      Lots of talk about making this a great employee experience. Some people are fun to work with.

      Cons

      No follow through with anything they say. They talk about being “transparent” but nobody knows anything that’s going on. Upper management is disconnected. Middle managers spend so much time working frontline they are ineffective and not personable. Same corporate rhetoric as everywhere else. Over promise-under deliver. Just a toxic environment.
