Pros
Lots of challenging work; some really great people work there.
Cons
Management is arrogant and weak at best. Spend too much time psychoanalyzing everyone rather than analyzing what needs to be done. Passive/aggressive middle management. There is virtually no communication from management. This place has a long history of nepotism, luckily some of the dead wood has left. Raises are basically non-existent for most, even if you get an excellent review. Benefits get worse every year with increasing costs to the employee.
