      Terrible benefits, the healthcare plans are garbage, especially for a healthcare organization Zero growth structure. Management will promise promotions that never materialize but expect you to take on all of the work that would have come along with it and "hang in there" for the salary and title that should have come along with it The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing and then everyone fights about what the right thing to do is because no one is on the same page Zero accountability, so many people do things that would get you fired in any other organization and they're instead given more responsibilities
