Pros
Good salary and flexible hours/virtual work
Cons
Leadership goes through cycles where they absolutely run this company into the ground. Constant waste experimenting with new structures, redesigning the millions of managers and directors and VP's and SVP's. Too many chiefs with too much power over a company that is supposed to be run by a board. For a non-profit, there are way too may Audis and Mercedes in the parking lot for the C-suite. Treat long term employees very poorly and often run them out of the company as if they don't want anyone to have too much information. New employees are often paid more than those with years with the company. There is not one person in management or human resources who really cares about you as a person.
