Wages are not competitive with other hospitals

Management does not appreciate staff, bigger work load with less people, many call outs by the same people and nothing happens. Everyone gets the same 2% raise so it does not matter if you do your job well or you just sit there. You will get the same raise. We are a Catholic Organization non profit but we never get emails about catholic holidays just every other religion holiday. Will never move up in company. Communication is not in the management vocabulary as it is rare to none.
