Cons

Trinity does not compensate employees with pay raises. The micro management and the “I’m always right and your wrong mentality of the leadership team needs to stop. Employees should be heard and changes need to happen.

I've been super impressed with Trinity since starting here. They truly understand the meaning of teamwork. It's a work hard/play hard environment, and management clearly cares for their people and strives to give them all the tools the need to succeed.

Cons

I had to take a step down in benefits coming here, but it was worth it to work with such incredible team members and in a job I love.
