Potential to earn what you put in, coworkers are a pleasure to work with, office culture is fun and exciting

Cons

Only con so far has been the Initial benefits cost which was more than expected but not a deal breaker by any means

The initial cost of benefits has increased since becoming compliant with our parent company, however, Trinity has put a solution in place to help offset that cost.
