Pros

-great cohesion among departments -culture is excellent -lack of a "corporate" feel is great -plenty of opportunities for career paths

Cons

-technology seems to always be playing catch up with the industry -accountability among certain departments needs to be greatly increased -the pay scales and job paths have greatly improved, but still leave somethings to be desired

Pros

Trinity has the best culture of any company I have ever worked for! I have been given the chance to move into a number of different roles where I have been able to grow my expertise and find what I'm truly passionate about. Leadership does a great job of listening to feedback and trying to implement change where possible to improve. The recent transition to becoming an ESOP really solidified the fact that they put their people first and care about the legacy of this company. I hope to spend the rest of my career with Trinity if possible!

Any of the cons I would have stated are being worked on and being improved upon!

Pros

I have been working a Trinity for about 2 months now. The biggest thing I have noticed is that I really enjoy the culture here at Trinity. Personally it feels like a big family here and everyone is invested in your growth and helping better the company as a whole! Absolutely best job I have had and a great place to work. Anything from playing frisbee at lunch to celebrating our success with corporate bringing in food!
