Family Feeling. Excellent Support System from top down. Always on a path of continuous improvement and growth.

Cons

It's fun to have all the growth, but with growth comes changes and sometimes the changes happens faster than expected, before the previous processes have settled and teammates have had a chance to get use to it - and that sometimes causes a sense of unease.

Pros

Trinity is an awesome company to work for. They are great about investing in their Team Members and allowing them to take classes and get different certifications. They celebrate when goals are hit, both company and individual goals. The culture is amazing and is what brings Team Members to us and keeps them here.

Cons

Not enough Ice cream days :)

Pros

Great place to work, they value us as employees ask about our thoughts on most things. Treat us like family and care about our families as a whole.

Cons

If you are not in the "in crowd" you are not awarded for your accomplishments. You come to work and do your job without acknowledgement from even your peers.. Teamwork should be displayed as a whole.. Too many people are territorial of certain loads, we need to remember we work for Trinity not a particular lane..
