Thank you for the feedback. We have invested in training our entire Team, in all offices, with the Oz Principle. This was just one of many initiatives to make sure that our managers, and all team members, are learning and displaying the best leadership principles possible. We have also added a Level 2 Leadership training program and have plans to add more levels and training to our managers.

The work atmosphere, the co-workers, opportunities for promotions, commission scale

Cons

The starting salary wasn't as high as a couple others I was looking at, but they have a 3-tier system for a lot of positions and it was pretty easy to move up the tiers, I was at the top tier for my position in four months, plus they pay bonus monthly instead of quarterly or annually.
