None, absolutely none....do not work here

For a Christian company maybe they should practice what they preach....honesty...throw that right out the window. They throw a non compete on you at the door and then throw a more stringent one on you 1 month into the job. Worst company I have ever been a part of or have had any experience with. Poor technology and probably will get their butts handed to them by Global Tranz very soon. At least I hope so...go work for any other logistics company...I'm saving you time and energy. Ryan, CH Robinson, Global Tranz....heck even Freightquote is better.

Gives back, charitible, wants to be the best. Office is nice. People are friendly. There are full benefits, pto, dental, 401k etc

Cons

Leadership is lacking. Needs to hold all employees as well as leaders at the same standard. Talk of advancement, usually does not take place, only to favorites. Turn over is high
