Little to no upward mobility Upper regional management is uncaring and rude They will randomly change your schedule, multiple times, back to back if they see fit They will blame lack of business or poor performance on employees during the middle of a global pandemic. Corporate unwilling to make necessary changes towards improving employee and resident relations In the face of a global pandemic, corporate put the of the company above the safety of employees. YOU DO NOT GET PAID COMMISSION FOR PENDING LEASES IF YOU LEAVE THE COMPANY BEFORE THEY HAVE MOVED IN -- EVEN IF YOU GOT THE APPLICATION. THEY DO NOT TELL YOU THIS WHEN YOU JOIN THE COMPANY.

Overworked and Underpaid, Opportunities for advancement are often given to people with less experience or friends of the hiring managers. Very political company. Hard work doesn't actually pay off here. Some hiring managers will determine who they promote based on race. Some higher ups do not support their team or work against the on-site management which will make your job a little more difficult
