Cons

It all depends on how your direct supervisor is. You can be trained to certain way but asked to do it another way. You can be roped into somethings without being provided all the information needed to make a fair assessment.

You will be subjected to racist management You will be underpaid You will constantly stress due to upper management being delusional and unorganized.

Cons

I have never been so happy to leave a company. The things that occur behind the scenes of this smoke and mirror company are insane. Maintenance drinking on the job, regionals hooking up with lower employees, and embarrassing disorganization. Tallahassee region really dims the light on the entire company, and they should be ashamed of themselves.
