Pros

I could not think of any pros

Cons

Where should I start. I have never worked for a company that uses people as chess pieces. Moving them around and not letting co-workers form a great thriving team together. Upper management does not understand that people need a family atmosphere at work to be loyal and care about their job. Managers quit all the time. The pressure that is put on them is overwhelming. You are treated as a $ sign not as a human being with skills and feelings. Definitely not a long term company to work for. If you bring up an issue you are yelled at and written up. The running joke is, "It is not if you are going to be written up, it is when." You get written up for everything you do or don't do. They actually go through all e-mails just to catch you doing something you are not supposed to. Having property managers look through your e-mails and forward them to them to catch you doing something that you should not be doing. Encouraging managers to look in your cell phone at personal texts. That one I could not believe. Turn over is huge. Someone is always quitting. Not even giving notice just walking out because they cannot take it anymore. How they are treated and how they see others treated. If you are liked by management it is great if you are not it is horrific. Males are treated like kings and only a few choice women are treated like queens.

Pros

Clothes allowance Annual trip to Vegas for Managers if you make it to August.

Cons

Their pay is not competitive . They place a ridiculous work load on you for very little pay. They display signs of prejudice and favoritism . They promote based of friendships with the higher ups.

Pros

Free health care and rent discounts. Company outings are actually fun. Things are fairly relaxed.

Cons

$75 commission per apartment is a joke. Leasing is the first to blame. Favoratism is RAMPANT in this company. Only those in the clique get promoted. You cannot escalate problems, as all of upper management are friends outside of work. No yearly raises.
