Pros

Health care premiums are not taken out of payroll check

Cons

Failure to pay on time, failure to pay commissions, unprofessional response from human resource and upper management. Delayed response from support if at all. Too management changes.

Pros

Opportunity for a lot of overtime Some friendly coworkers Busy all day, never get bored. Can move up to corporate within 5 years.

Cons

Have to work weekends all alone with nobody else in the office to assist you. While working weekends, I have had people screaming at me and trying to hit on me while I was all alone in the office. Very unsafe. The managers and regionals don't do anything to address this. Promised a promotion by the regional VP, then he never responded. Did the work of 2 people for 3 months and 3 people for a month. Was only able to leave the office once over the course of months to grab lunch and then I was called back within 15 minutes because they needed me. What was a given in return? A $0.44 raise. Then when I put in my notice, all of a sudden, the funds were available for a large raise.

Thank you for your feedback. We pride ourselves on promoting from within and we have many employees that started as leasing agents that have become valued members of our Regional Management teams. With Trinity University and our Personal Development Program, our employees can actively educate themselves with the tools we provide. Our recruiter sends out weekly emails encouraging managers to pass the information along to their employees that are looking for new opportunities. We are proud of how many team members have grown within our company and we look forward to further investing in our employees through our educational resources and scholarship opportunities.
