For the record, we have an in-house construction team that oversees all renovations and beautification projects, and our team members work closely with third-party vendors to develop schedules and ensure our homes are as inviting as possible upon move-in. That said, we recognize that sometimes residents may still have concerns, and when they do, we work diligently to address them in a way that does not negatively impact the living experience.
