Pros

-Progressive -Modern approach in the property management industy -Rate of pay -Communication is open and transparent -I don't feel like I am just a number, and my hard work does not go unnoticed -Upper management is great and easy to work with, and do what they can to help out site level employees -Bonus Structure is where it needs to be and is fair, while other companies seem to be making it difficult if not impossible to attain as well as decreasing overall income amount -Free health care for employees -Great new employee referral bonus potential

Cons

-We need more site level employees, especially maintenance employees -Currently understaffed across the board -Only 9 properties in the region -Unsure/unaware of any nonprofit charity assistance programs (I could be wrong though)

Thank you for your feedback. Our Together Program benefits a different non-profit partner each year by garnering donations via Resident Portal. We also provide paid time off for volunteer work and resources for community events that benefit local charitable organizations. Care for their people Great education programs Great people. Will go above and beyond to keep employees engaged and happy Great Pay Great upper management is involved Nice day to day set up. Easy to use systems

Cons

Not sure if I see any cons. A little old school in paper use but still have easy stems in place to use that are stream lined
